Training program
Being the parents of the young hockey player is not easy and responsible! But not scary. ))) The main thing is not to chase the result right away! We have no stiffness and heartlessness! This is children's sport! We do not want the guy to lose health and begin to disgust hockey. Let's just interest the child, prepare him psychologically! We walk with him for games in the arenas, test the courage from ice battles! Together we will see the hockey match on the telic, and then we will gamblingly discuss it like real men! So that a young man has a combat mood and a keen desire to engage in himself, to become the same strong and bold. Otherwise, he will not have time to look back, like children who came a year later, will catch up and distort the future champion.
In the first year of training, a child can do less time on ice, and work more on endurance, dexterity, flexibility and coordination.
Now you need to ride a lot on the ice – this is Achilles's heel of most hockey players. A good coach is important! Since he will not only teach the child to play hockey, but also educate him in a real male character. And in this regard, you are lucky with us! We are exactly what you need!
Buy a child a decent kit for children's hockey shape. This, of course, is expensive, but what an incentive. Helmet, shields, so -bibs, bib and shorts usually serve for more than one year. Yes, and the choice of skates must be approached seriously.
Do not force the kid to train. At an early age, you need to put equipment and have fun. Over time, they themselves will understand, and will be engaged in the seventh sweat. If the child is eager for training instead of a school, during illness and during a summer vacation, then he knows what he is striving for. So everything is done correctly. Therefore, parents, gain patience, create conditions and support your hero throughout the way!
